Freezing Friday

I think we have wonderful seasons in Abitibi. Hot hot Hot in summer and cold cold cold in winter yes, but there is a quality to the air and the temperature that I have yet to find in other places. What I mean here is for example, a typical fall-like day. The morning is freezing and depending on the heating habits of the place you stay at, the air in your bedroom might be crispy cold.

That my friends is the key part: the air is cold and fresh, and the blankets warm and cozy. Laying in bed is so perfect then!

After morning passes, Abitibi's sky are most of the time bright and sunny sky, and warm up the day just enough to enjoy being outside in a warm coat. It gets you pink cheeks which I find particularly beautiful.

When night comes, the sky stays clear, which helps the temperature to drop in the little hours of the morning, bit allows you to watch the moon and the thousands of stars.

Because we are lucky enough to see stars from downtown as well!! Well obviously the town's light makes it harder to see stars than from further in the countryside but then, we see some anyways and they are really pretty!

Today was such a Fall day

Sun coming down warming the day at 10 a.m. on my way to work

How do we call the duck on the back of a one CA dollar? Anyways it's that bird.

The same lake Osisko, on my way back, with the shining moon (bad picture render)
